The Dreamy Donuts coffee blend is now available. This comprises 100% high-grade Arabica beans, sourced from premium growing regions around the world. As an espresso it is earthy and aromatic and produces a golden crema. It has a low acidity with spicy/chocolaty notes and a soft finish on the palate to complement a freshly made donut.

1. Q. Do any of your food products contain nuts?
A. Our Choc Nut, Macadamia White Choc, Tia Maria & Hazelnuts and Rocky Road donuts do contain nuts. In addition, some of our ingredients may have been made with shared equipment where products with peanuts and/or tree nuts are made. Check the allergen listings under our NIP's for further details on individual donut varieties.
2. Q. I am lactose-intolerant; do you have any donuts that are dairy-free?
A. Presently, our current range of donuts all contain dairy.
3. Q. Do you have any gluten-free donuts?
A. Presently, our current range of donuts all contain gluten.
4. Q. Do any of your donuts contain soy?
A. Presently, our current range of donuts all contain soy.
5. Q. Do your donuts contain trans fats? If so, what quantity?
A. We use a vegetable oil for frying which is virtually free from trans fats. Our traditional glazed donut contains less than 0.05 grams of trans fats.
6. Q. Are your donuts vegetarian-friendly?
A. Most of our Dreamy Donuts can be enjoyed by people practising a vegetarian lifestyle. The only donuts that do contain Gelatine are the Musk and Rocky Road Donuts.
7. Q. Are your donuts vegan-friendly?
A. No. All our donuts contain dairy ingredients, while some may contain traces of eggs. Check the allergen listings under our NIP's for further details on individual donut varieties.
8. Q. Are your donuts Halal-approved?
A. We do not currently have Halal certification. However based on the ingredients we use, many of our products including our Traditional Glazed and Cinnamon donuts will be suitable to be eaten by people looking for Halal products. 9. Q. Are your donuts Kosher-approved?

A. No. Dreamy Donuts do not contain any alcohol.
11. Q. Do your donuts contain any egg products?
A. No, however some may contain traces of eggs or egg white. Check the allergen listings under our NIPs for further details on individual donut varieties.
12. Q. What oils are used to cook the donuts?
A. Dreamy Donuts are cooked in vegetable oil (palm oil).
13. Q. What are the Tia Maria, Tiramisu, Musk, Strawberry and Irish Crème donut toppings flavoured with? Do the Tia Maria or Irish Crème donuts contain any alcohol? Do the strawberry flavoured donuts contain fruit?
A. The Tia Maria, Tiramisu, Musk, Strawberry and Irish Crème donut toppings are flavoured with high quality essences. The Tia Maria and Irish Crème donuts do not contain their alcoholic namesakes.
14. Q. How should I keep the donuts after I bring them home? Can they be refrigerated?
A. Dreamy Donuts are so delicious that they tend to get eaten pretty quickly after most people purchase a box. However, if you do have any leftover we recommend putting them in a sealed bag in the freezer. When you are ready to eat your donut, we recommend that you let it thaw naturally.
15. Q. Are your donuts made fresh daily?
A. All Dreamy Donuts are proved, baked, glazed and topped fresh daily in store.
16. Q. Are your donuts ever refrigerated or frozen?
A. To ensure you experience the same level of product quality in any Dreamy Donuts store, we deliver the donuts to each store snap frozen where they are proved, baked, and glazed throughout the day so your donut experience is always fresh.
17. Q. Are your donuts baked or fried?
A. We make our Dreamy Donuts to our own traditional recipe. Part of this process is frying the donuts in vegetable oil and later baking them.
18. Q. Where do you buy your ingredients? Are they Australian made?
A. We are an Australian owned company. Our ingredients come from a variety of different sources that is part of the secret of Dreamy Donuts success.
19. Q. Who came up with the recipe for your current range of donuts?
A. Dreamy Donuts is a Brisbane family based company. The recipes were created in the family's own kitchen and they tasted too good to keep them to themselves!!
Donut Care
Storage is important as donuts do not have a long life. As far as freshness goes, donuts may last up to three to four days only so to keep them as fresh as possible you should freeze them immediately and reheat them in the microwave when required. When freezing, place your Dreamy Donuts selection in an air tight container. If freezing is not an option, the donuts should be kept at room temperature - but away from direct heat or sunlight.
When reheating your donuts you should take them out of the air tight container and place them in the microwave for eight seconds.
